The 2011 Storm is produced using 98% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Meunier grown on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at an altitude of 870m. Ageing for a minimum of 5 years on lees. A Harmony of Pineapple, Guava, fresh cut citrus and hints of green apple ending in complex toasty notes. Opulent on the palate and succulent, round at heart.
