Join owner and viticulturist Jonathan Hambrook for a relaxed walk through the vineyard each Saturday at 11:15am.

This is a unique chance to see how the vineyard actually works. Jonathan will talk you through how we farm for flavour, from soil health to hands-on decisions in the vines, and how that shows up in the wine in your glass.

His approach draws on regenerative, low-intervention, and biodynamic principles, focused on working with the land, not against it, to produce better fruit and more expressive wines.

Jonathan has been recognised as a finalist in the Young Gun of Wine Top Vineyards Awards, but the real proof is in the glass.
