Delivery Policy

Products are shipped within Australia by either Australia Post, or best means available. Deliveries are shipped either the working day the order is received or the next working day. Please allow approximately 4 to 7 days for delivery. For shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note, if paying by cheque, the funds must firstly be cleared before order is processed. Should you want deliveries to be sent via 'Registered Mail' we reserve the right to add this charge to your order, please indicate at time of purchase if you want your deliveries registered.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional delivery charge.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is one where someone will be home who is 18 or over 18, to accept the wine. As alcohol is under strict controls for delivery, the delivery person will not leave a package of wine unattended or not in a secure and safe place, so it arrives to you safely and in perfect condition.

Goods may be delivered without a receipt provided you provide sufficient written authorisation for this. Stockman's Ridge Wines and all couriers and/or delivery companies acting for and behalf of Stockman's Ridge Wines will take due care and reasonable precautions to ensure your order is delivered correctly and in good condition. Stockman's Ridge Wines can take no responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided by you, or any liability for goods not received at the delivery address, upon correct receipt of delivered order.

Currency Policy

All Prices displayed on the Stockman's Ridge Wines website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All Credit Card transaction incur a transaction fee these are detailed at the Cellar Door on the counter and at the point of sale page when ordering online.

Return Policy

If you notice that you have received wrong or broken items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods either by telephone or email and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Should a recent vintage wine be corked or faulty in any way, Stockman’s Ridge Wines will offer a replacement where possible or a full refund. Note that notification of faulty items must be made within reasonable period from time of purchase. In addition, we need to have access to most of the contents of the bottle in its original cork or cap to assess whether the wine is faulty before we can offer a refund.

Security Policy

Perfect security does not exist on the internet. However, we use industry standards to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Payment details including your personal information and credit card details will be processed and protected over 512-bit SSL encryption.

Privacy Policy

Stockman's Ridge Wines is the sole owner of the information collected on www.stockmansridge.com.au. Stockman's Ridge Wines collects information from our users at several different points on our web site. We never disclose any information and do not digitaly store credit card or details. We do retain previous orders and contact details to provide the best possible service.

Swagman Wine Club

Conditions

A minimum purchase of 2 cases (12 bottles) required to remain in the club. If you cancel your membership before your 2nd case in the first year, you will be charged back any discounts/shipping on your initial order. 

A year refers to 12 months since signing up and is not aligned to a calendar year. 

Accommodation

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date, full price will be charged. Please check terms with any 3rd party booking sites for their refund policies.

Damage

If there is any damage caused, a damage fee will be charged to cover the repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Events

Event and Space Hire Cancellations

We allow bookings to be cancelled more than 7 days from the date of the event and offer full refunds for your tickets, excluding any booking fees our 3rd party booking system may charge. Less than 7 days notice of cancellation will mean no refund is offered. 

In the event of adverse weather, we will confirm the morning of the event if the event can proceed. If we have to cancel due to adverse weather we offer full refunds. 

Fees

Cancellation fees apply to any booking cancelled with in 3 weeks of the events including credit card fees which will not be refunded.

Weddings and Function Cancellations

A deposit of 25% becomes non-refundable 6 months before your event date. Full payment of event is required 2 months prior to event and is non-refundable.

Catering

Cancellations of any catering requires a minimum of 1 weeks notice for any refund. Less than a weeks notice will result in no refund offered. In the event of adverse weather, the caterer will be able to deliver food to an alternative venue if required.
