Golden Hour – A Vintner's Table with Michael Manners

As the afternoon light softens over the vineyard, join us for Golden Hour - an intimate long-table dinner celebrating exceptional food, handcrafted wine and the land they come from.

For one night only, acclaimed chef Michael Manners joins us at Stockman’s Ridge to create a four-course menu inspired by the season and the produce of the Central West. Across a career spanning some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens, Michael’s cooking has earned more than 20 Chef Hats.

Begin the evening with a glass of sparkling on arrival before settling in for four courses, each thoughtfully matched with a Stockman’s Ridge wine. Expect a journey through our cellar, from new releases to carefully selected back vintages, chosen to bring out the best in both the wine and the dish.

Throughout the evening, we’ll share the stories behind the wines, the vineyard and the vintages in your glass, while Michael brings his own approach to the produce and flavours of our region.

Settle in at the long table with fellow food and wine lovers as the sun sets over the vineyard - an evening of beautiful food, memorable wines and relaxed country hospitality.
