Hosted amongst the vines at Stockman's Ridge, this special event brings together our philosophy of growing flavour from the ground up with the extraordinary talent of acclaimed chef Michael Manners, whose career has been recognised with more than 20 Chef Hats.

Enjoy a carefully curated four-course menu, showcasing the finest seasonal produce from the Central West, thoughtfully paired with Stockman's Ridge wines selected to complement each dish.
