Rider Shiraz 2014
Dark vibrant purple in colour, a rich nose of mocha, spice and plum with delicious dusty tannins. Deep opulent dark fruit and coffee flavours. A long lingering mouth feel with cherry on the back end. Be bold and try it with an Asian plum sauce dish.
