A more luxurious style of Gruner Veltliner, this wine was hand-picked at the peak of ripeness and barrel fermented in old French Oak. Creamy notes of pear, citrus and leafy spice. A textural, rich expression, maintaining a crisp medium length finish.

Will be a wonderful foil to veal schnitzel or roast suckling pork.
